What a nice lake Horseshoe Lake is. This lake is located in the wonderful Absaroka Range. Horseshoe Lake gets very little rain; most of the rain falls through May, and the driest of the months is February. And that's not all you can do here in the Absaroka Range. On a nice day at Horseshoe Lake you can take a hike along the Buffalo Plateau Trail. There's so much to do here at Horseshoe Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pebble Creek Campground is a

This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is splendid here at Horseshoe Lake, you can go for a hike along the Republic Trail, and lakes are such calm places, why not visit Lake of the Woods. High temperatures at Horseshoe Lake through the long summer days are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. A wonderful lake like Favonius Lake in the neighborhood of Horseshoe Lake is a brilliant place to go to,
and the vista of picturesque Absaroka Range is tremendous. This lake is so wonderful. Super 8 Motel Big Timber is a pleasant site to get some rest. While you're here at Horseshoe Lake you can take a hike along the Thunderer Cutoff
Trail, and a magnificent location like Horseshoe Basin here at Horseshoe Lake is too brilliant to miss.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things at Horseshoe Lake. The landscape around Horseshoe
Lake is dominated by the Absaroka Range, and Horseshoe Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Hicks Park Campground is a perfect local campground.
