There's some flowing water close by, Wabuno Creek is a stream you can have a look at while here, and magnificent hiking is available along the Calx Mountain Trail. Any time is a magnificent time at Horseshoe Lake if you adore the outdoors. If you need a spot to stay Rodeway Inn Libby is a great choice. High temperatures at Horseshoe Lake through the summer are in the 80's; through summer nights       temperatures are in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Horseshoe Lake. Yeah, come up here to the Cabinet Mountains for a nice time. Not far from Horseshoe Lake, you'll stumble on Lilypad Lake which is a pretty lake, and there are brilliant places to explore along the Sipes Creek Trail. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Leon Lake; Horseshoe Lake is nice enough                  to spend more than a day at, Lyons Spring Campground is a nice local campground. Around Horseshoe Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain while August is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
