Hidden Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Now, you may believe that's a load but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Absaroka Range. Hidden Lake is a good location to visit for more than one day, Hicks Park Campground is a good location to camp nearby, and Boulder River is a wonderful whitewater spot close by. | | neighborhood of Hidden Lake called the Coyote Creek Trail. Stay the night at Tower Fall Campground; on a great day you can take a hike along the Buffalo Plateau Trail.
Hidden Lake is frequently a reasonably dried up site; the wettest month of the year is mostly May, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is February. A perfect place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Hidden Lake is Boulder River, and do pop by Blue Lake, it's | |

a scenic lake. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do in close proximity to Hidden Lake. The Poacher Trail is a great hiking trail right next door to Hidden Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Yellowstone

This lake is so wonderful. You'll come across a lovely lake called McBride Lake near Hidden Lake, and obviously Cat Creek is a scenic stream that is worth stopping at. This lake is located in the wonderful Absaroka Range.
Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Hidden Lake. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. All through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 30's while Hidden Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's.
