Cutaway Mountain is a peak you can catch a sight of from Hicks Lake, and going for a hike on the Hiline Trail is always a nice adventure. During the summer here at Hicks Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's, and the overnight is fairly chillier of course, commonly in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while Hicks       Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. Hicks Lake is pretty dried out regularly; May is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Spillway Campground is a magnificent place to do that, and do have a look at Lost Lakes, it's a beautiful lake. Having a perfect time at Hicks Lake is trouble-free. A scenic lake like Sauer Lake right next door to Hicks                  Lake is a good place to take a look at; you can go for a hike on the Alder Creek Trail. Camping at East Fork Campground is always a great experience, and there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Hi Line Trail.
