The beauty of Hicks Lake attracts many people from all around. Cutaway Mountain is clearly visible from Hicks Lake, and if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Alder Creek Trail. Camping at Spillway Campground is always a good experience, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Hi Line Trail. A pleasant nearby hotel is Seven Gables Resort, and camping is available at East Fork Campground.
This lake is so wonderful.

| | The snow is great at Discovery Ski; since you're here you can take a hike along the Hiline Trail. At Hicks Lake you don’t see much precipitation; May is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Hicks Lake, and the overnight is a little cooler of course, usually in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in | |
