Hermit Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; June is the month that gets the most rain; October on the other hand is the driest. You truly should love the Absaroka Range. Red Lodge Mountain is a perfect local ski area, and going for a hike along the Copeland Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of       this neighborhood. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. A delightful lake like Till Lake near Hermit Lake is a perfect spot to check out; Clarks Fork Yellowstone River has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by. Snowbank Glacier is an exciting thing to catch a glimpse of since you're here at Hermit Lake; since you're here you can take a hike along the Upper Granite Loop Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Snowbank Mountain is charming and can                  be spotted from Hermit Lake, and if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Granite Loop Trail. Man, is there a lot of exciting stuff to do in the Absaroka Range. Lakes are such serene locations, why not stop at Robble Lake close to Hermit Lake, and a magnificent place to camp here at Hermit Lake is East Rosebud Campground. This lake is located in the wonderful Absaroka Range. This lake is so wonderful. All through the summer months here at Hermit Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's, and the overnight is a little colder of course, ordinarily in the 30's.
