Heart Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Heart Lake gets a typical amount of rain; January is the month that gets the most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Near Heart Lake you stumble on the Cedar Creek Stock Driveway which is a tremendous hiking trail, and lakes are such serene sites, why not go to Missoula Lake. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Bitterroot Range

| | has to offer. Heart Lake is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, Saint Regis Riding Stables Campground is a delightful place to camp nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - St. Regis.

outdoors, just come on down to Heart Lake. Since you're here at Heart Lake why not pop by Grubstake Gulch, and if you come at the right time of year, Clearwater River - North Fork offers some tremendous whitewater.
Binocular Peak
is a peak you can catch a glimpse of from Heart Lake; if you're keen on cool geologic characteristics try Eagle Cliff. This lake is so wonderful. Throughout the months of summer highs here at Heart Lake get into the 80's, and through
the night it cools down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Heart Lake during the wintertime ordinarily dip into the 10's.
