Going for a hike on the Prospect Shafts Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and dry warm beds await you at Red Lion Colonial Hotel. There is a perfect hiking trail close to Hauser Lake called the 1906 Trail; Quality Inn Airport is a great spot to get some rest. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Upper Holter Lake, and you'll meet a lot of       folks from Helena here. Very wonderful scenery and delightful skiing is what you get at Great Divide. So many cool things to do here at Hauser Lake, too great to be true. Beaver Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth stopping at; on a delightful day you can visit Black Sandy Beach. This lake is so wonderful. This is a wonderful area for folks who like lakes. Lake Helena is a lake in the neighborhood, and Hauser Lake is a tremendous place to visit for more                  than one day, Lakeside Resort and Marina is a tremendous place to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Near Hauser Lake you hit upon the Backside Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail, and Hauser Lake is close to Big Log Gulch which is unquestionably worth a visit. Coulter Campground is a tremendous local campground, and Hauser Dam is not far at all from Hauser Lake. For the period of the long summer days, highs commonly are in the 80's at Hauser Lake while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are frequently in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Hauser Lake descend into the 10's.
