Around Green Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; through June this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. All through the warm days of summer here at Green Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's with night lows in the 40's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Green Lake. Don't forget to take a good little tour to Summit; you'll       stumble on a lovely lake called Lena Lake. A pleasant site for whitewater paddling next to Green Lake is Flathead River - Middle Fork, and if you came for an overnight stay Sears Motel and Campground is a magnificent spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Green Lake without first going for a hike along the Glacier Park Autumn Creek Trail; Summit Campground is a glorious campground nearby. Just can't get enough of the Lewis Range. Hiking is a popular                  thing to do around Green Lake; Mount Henry Trail is a delightful local trail; Bridge Street Cottages is a tremendous place to get some rest. Green Lake is located in the Lewis Range. What a spot this is for outdoors people.
