Having a brilliant time at Green Lake is uncomplicated. If you come at the right time of year, Flathead River - Middle Fork offers some wonderful whitewater, and going for a hike on the Glacier Park Autumn Creek Trail is always a magnificent adventure. These mountains rock, just check out all the entertaining stuff to do in the Lewis Range. Camping is available at Sears Motel and Campground, and dry warm beds await you at       Mountain Pine Motel. It is very dried out here at Green Lake mostly; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. If you came for an overnight stay Summit Campground is a tremendous site to camp; after a long day outdoors East Glacier Motel is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two. The Lewis Range scenery is always beautiful. You just should love the Lewis Range. This lake is so wonderful.                  Go for a hike on the Mount Henry Trail; it's a good idea to go to Summit. Lakes are pleasant; Lubec Lake is a lake that's right next door to Green Lake; there are brilliant places to explore along the Firebrand Pass Trail. During the warm days of summer at Green Lake temperatures are typically in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.
