If you came to camp Castle Rock Inn is a nice spot to do that, and magnificent skiing awaits you at Big Sky. During the summertime, highs typically are in the 80's at Grayling Lake, and the overnight is slightly chillier of course, typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Grayling Lake temperatures sink to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Grayling Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Elkhorn is a magnificent local campground, and Moonlight Basin has nice slopes and a friendly staff.
Around Grayling Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; of all
the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Rainbow Ranch Lodge is a brilliant choice, and the Wapiti Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best.
