     A lake nearby is Porcupine Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - St. Regis. Put some time aside to spend at Big Spring since you're here at Grass Lake, and why not camp at Riverfront RV Park if you're here at Grass Lake. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Grass Lake. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's while Grass Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. This  
   lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Vermilion River offers some great whitewater, and Grass Lake is not the only place close by, Knowles Lake is a close by lake.
A great place to camp here at Grass Lake is Copper King Campground, and the Thompson River Mount Headley Trail is a good hiking trail close by. The yearly precipitation here at Grass Lake is about average; the wettest month of the year is generally January, that's the one
 
               that snows the most; July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Near Grass Lake you discover the West Fork Fishtrap Trail which is a splendid hiking trail.
If you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Libby is a delightful choice; going for a hike on the Slide Rock Mountain Trail is always a glorious adventure. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Grass Lake. Squaw Pass is near Grass Lake and is certainly a nice location to check out, and on a lovely day you get a brilliant panorama of Cube Iron Mountain from Grass Lake.
