In Montana there are many beautiful lakes, Golden Lake is one of them. All through the long summer days at Golden Lake temperatures are mostly in the 70's, and the nighttime is quite colder of course, generally in the 30's. For the period of the wintertime highs are usually in the 20's with temperatures at Golden Lake dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. Take a hike on the Beartooth Highlakes Trail; do stop by Arrowhead Lake, it's a beautiful

| | lake. So much fun stuff in the Absaroka Range, just mind-blowing. The sight of beautiful Lonesome Mountain near Golden Lake is magnificent. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Upper Granite Loop Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and a glorious place for whitewater paddling is Clarks Fork Yellowstone River. is the month with the least moisture. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the Absaroka Range. The slopes of Red Lodge Mountain are so inviting noone can resist, and you can stay the night at Top Of The World Campground.
There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Golden Lake. Yodeler Motel is a pleasant location to get some rest; Abandoned Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. Hiking along the Beauty Lake Trail is great fun, and Beartooth Lake Campground is a great campground nearby. Golden Lake is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range.
