Go to Goat Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Summer at Goat Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's while night lows are usually in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's while Goat Lake overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's. That right there is plenty already, but it carries on; Goat Lake has it all. If you come at the right time of year, Flathead River - Middle Fork offers some fine whitewater, naturally you could

| | also have a look at Otokomi Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. A visit to Glacier National Park is recommended. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Lewis Range. Don't forget to take a good little visit to Baring Creek, and hiking along the Water Ouzel Trail is nice fun. Campground is a good place for that. Goat Lake gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; the month with most of the snow is December while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Goat Lake is not the only site
nearby, Lost Lake is a nearby lake, and Sunrift Gorge is another nice location to go to close by. These mountains rock, just check out all the entertaining things to do in the Lewis Range. While you're here at Goat Lake you can take
a hike along the Siyeh Pass Trail; Baring Falls is a charming place to explore while you're at Goat Lake. The Lewis Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Rose Basin is a delightful place here at Goat Lake,
and one of the main features of the surroundings of Goat Lake is Goat Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Goat Lake has to offer, you can camp at Rising Sun Campground, and going for a hike along the Many Falls Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood.
