Many people like to go to Glissade Lake. But wait, there's more to do in the neighborhood of Glissade Lake. Take a hike on the Crazy Mountain Trail, and a glorious site for whitewater paddling is Rosebud Creek - East. Take a side visit to Falls Creek, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Red Lodge Mountain. Glissade Lake is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range.

| | so much to do here at Glissade Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Emerald Lake Campground is a perfect spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Glissade Lake; all through the month of June you get the most rain around here; October on the other hand is the driest.

at Charlie Falls, and you can run the rapids of Rosebud Creek - West. So much enjoyable stuff in the Absaroka Range, just tremendous. Snowbank Mountain is uncomplicated to spot from Glissade Lake, and not far from Glissade Lake you'll
find Anchor Lake which is a pretty lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Copeland Lake Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Glissade Lake has to offer, you can camp at East Rosebud Campground.
