All year is a wonderful time in the Lewis Range if you love the outdoors. Twin Creeks Bed and Breakfast is a great place to get some rest, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Wire Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A nice nearby hotel is Bridge Street Cottages, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Bear Creek. Swift Creek is       near Gildart Lakes and is always a joy to stop by, and probably you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Crevice Lake is just a very short distance away. Summertime at Gildart Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Gildart Lakes. Gildart Lakes is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Soup Creek Campground is a                  pleasant local campground; close by you locate the Battery Mountain Trail which is a good hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Lewis Range. The Lion Creek Trail is a pleasant hiking trail near Gildart Lakes, and if you've had enough of Gildart Lakes, Bunker Lake is close by. This lake is one of the great places here in the Lewis Range. An average amount of rainfall falls at Gildart Lakes; all through the month of December you get the most snow around here while July is ordinarily the driest month. Be careful coming to Gildart Lakes, you might not ever wanna return home again.
