Gilbert Lake is pretty dehydrated mostly; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while February is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. A short tour to 28N20W23BABC01 Spring is always worthwhile, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Columbia       Mountain Trail. Gilbert Lake is in the neighborhood of Brown Gulch which is undeniably worth going to, and Swimming Lake is a good lake nearby. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in close proximity to Gilbert Lake. If you haven’t been to Glacier National Park, you must schedule some time for it if you're here, and if you're a golfer then a glorious close by course is Mountain Crossroads Restaurant & Golf Club. Summertime highs at Gilbert Lake                  frequently tend to be in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Gilbert Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Gilbert Lake is a location with many visitors from Kalispell, and Beautiful Lake Blaine Resort is a nice campground nearby.
