After a long day outdoors Tucker's Inn is a tremendous location to spend a night or two, and if you come at the right time of year, Sunday Creek offers some splendid whitewater. Drift down the rapids of Grave Creek in a kayak; going for a hike on the Ralph Thayer Memorial Trail is always a delightful adventure. Near Frozen Lake you stumble on the Mount Marston National Recreation       Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail; Bower's Cabins is a magnificent spot to get some rest. Big Therriault Campground is a magnificent campground here; the view of Tuchuck Mountain is picturesque. That right there is lots already, but it carries on; Frozen Lake has it all. If you came for an overnight stay Tuchuck Campground is a delightful place to camp. Around Frozen Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year June is the one                  with the most rain, and the driest month is February. All through the summer here at Frozen Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the 40's.
