Fritter Lake is a lake worth visiting. Fritter Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever want to return home again. If you came to camp Crazy Creek Campground is a pleasant place to do that; if you're here you can take a hike along the Crazy Mountain Trail. During the warm months here at Fritter Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 30's.

There's so much to do here at Fritter Lake that you
need to camp here for a while, Lake Creek Campground is a splendid place for that; you'll locate a pretty lake called Big Butte Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River is so much fun; on a brilliant
day you can take a hike along the Lake Reno Trail. Fritter Lake is a good place of typical precipitation; June is the month that gets the most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest.
