The summit of Flatiron Mountain can be seen from Freezeout Lakes, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Dry Fork Trail. Not much rain falls here at Freezeout Lakes; June is when you get the most rain here; February meanwhile is the driest month. Paddling on Madison River is so much fun.
