If you like lakes and you're in this part of Montana you can check out Foy Lake. During the warm months at Foy Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 40's. All through the wintertime highs are generally in the 20's, and overnight lows at Foy Lake during the wintertime frequently plunge into the 10's. | | months is October. If you need a site to stay Travelodge Kalispell is a nice choice, and the Danny on Memorial National Recreation Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. There's perfect hiking along the Micho Trail; a tremendous close by hotel is Kalispell/Glacier Super 8 Motel. Club, and if you get bored of Foy Lake you could also go to nearby Middle Foy Lake. Foy Lake is right by the Mountain Meadow Trail, and the slopes of Blacktail Mountain are so inviting noone can resist. This lake is so wonderful.
There's so much to do here at Foy Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Greenwood Village Campground is a delightful place for that. Gotta ski! Big Mountain is a magnificent site to do that, and if you came to camp La Salle
Campgrounds is a fine place to do that. Lower Foy Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and people from Kalispell love to come here.
