Hiking is a popular thing to do around Foy Lake; Micho Trail is a fine local trail, and the slopes of Blacktail Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Buffalo Hill Golf Club is always a diversion, and if you came to camp La Salle Campgrounds is a fine place to do that. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Foy Lake. Why not take a refreshing       hike along the Danny on Memorial National Recreation Trail; a brilliant nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn Big Sky. There's so much to do here at Foy Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Greenwood Village Campground is a glorious location for that, and hey, Gotta ski right? Big Mountain is a delightful spot to do that. Foy Lake is not far at all from Kalispell, and naturally, this is a good neighborhood for people who like lakes, Lower Foy Lake is a lake close                  by. If you need a place to stay Red Lion Inn is a perfect choice; Foy Lake is right by the Mountain Meadow Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Foy Lake is usually a rather dehydrated place; during the month of June you get the most rain around here while October is mostly the driest month. Throughout the warm days of summer at Foy Lake highs are generally in the 80's, and the nighttime is slightly chillier of course, commonly in the 40's.
