Mulherin Creek is a great whitewater spot near Flanders Lake; you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Pole Gulch Trail. Around Flanders Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; most of the rain falls through May, and February meanwhile is the driest month. All the outdoors enjoyable things       close to Flanders Lake will keep you coming back persistently. This lake is so wonderful. Arch Falls is always fun to check out; dry warm beds await you at Imperial Inn. Mount Chisholm is gorgeous and can be seen from Flanders Lake; don't leave Flanders Lake without first checking out Arch Falls Natural Bridge. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! Flanders Lake is so good! There are other places here than Flanders Lake, for example Heather Lake, and                  a quick tour to Flanders Creek is certainly a great idea. Hiking along the Red Rock Trail is perfect fun; if you came for an overnight stay Blackmore Campground is a tremendous spot to camp. Bridger Bowl is a brilliant local ski area, and you'll probably meet some folks from Bozeman here. For the period of the summertime highs here at Flanders Lake get into the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Flanders Lake fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
