So much fun stuff in the Absaroka Range, just mind-blowing. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Fizzle Lake has to offer, you can camp at Chief Joseph Campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Absaroka Range. You're perhaps hooked on lakes, Skull Lake is one       of those close by; the Crazy Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best. There's pleasant hiking along the Crazy Lakes Trail, and the panorama of Bald Knob is gorgeous. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Clarks Fork Yellowstone for all you thrill seekers, and if you've had enough of Fizzle Lake, Basin Lake is nearby. And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do near Fizzle Lake. A good close by hotel is Super 8 Big Timber. There's so much                  to do here at Fizzle Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Fox Creek Campground is a wonderful place for that. You can run the rapids of Rosebud Creek - West near Fizzle Lake, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Lake Reno Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Absaroka Range. For the duration of the summer months at Fizzle Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 30's.
