During the months of summer at Five Lakes highs are ordinarily in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Five Lakes temperatures sink to the 10's. Not much rain falls here at Five Lakes; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. Be careful coming       to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever want to return home again. Comfort Inn Yellowstone North is a fine place to get some rest. And that's not all you can do here at Five Lakes. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Five Lakes; Beaver Lakes Loop Trail is a brilliant local trail, and there are some nice whitewater spots on Mulherin Creek. After a long day outdoors Yellowstone Park North Travelodge is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and if                  you came to camp Rocky Mountain Campground is a great spot to do that. Looking for something in the neighborhood of Five Lakes? Fish Lake is in the vicinity, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Yellowstone River. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Five Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Eagle Creek Campground is a pleasant place for that, and at Five Lakes you can observe Sheep Mountain. Yeah, come up here to the Absaroka Range for a good time. There's great hiking along the Rescue Creek Trail, and Five Lakes is not the only site close by, Casey Lake is a close by lake.
