These mountains rock, just explore all the enjoyable stuff to do in the Cabinet Mountains.       The top of Wee Peak is easily seen from Fishtrap Lake, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - St. Regis is a delightful spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Fishtrap Lake is one of the lakes here in the Cabinet Mountains. If you came for an overnight stay Fishtrap Campground is a nice location to camp, and hiking along the West Fork Fishtrap Trail is brilliant fun. Willow Creek Campground is a good campground nearby, and                  going for a hike along the Thompson River Mount Headley Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Cabinet Mountains. Beartrap Fork is a splendid site to check out, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Daisy Creek Trail. Summertime highs at Fishtrap Lake frequently tend to be in the 70's with night lows in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Fishtrap Lake temperatures descend to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
