After a long day outdoors Grizzly Lodge is a good location to spend a night or two, and going for a hike on the Thunderer Cutoff Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Silvergate Cabins is a splendid site to get some rest, and the view of wonderful Lake Mountain is pleasant. Around Fish Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall;       all through May this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. There are some nice whitewater spots on Boulder River, and Fish Lake is a tremendous place to camp, Hicks Park Campground is a tremendous place. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Cirque Lake; you can go for a hike on the Republic Trail. Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Places like Lake Plateau are                  great to explore. Fish Lake is one of the lakes here in the Absaroka Range. At Fish Lake during the warm months highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are regularly in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Fish Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. Yeah, come up here to the Absaroka Range for a tremendous time.
