A perfect nearby hotel is Kristianna Mountain Homes, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Kalispell here. High temperatures at Fish Lake through the warm days of summer are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows all through the wintertime       for Fish Lake tend to be in the 10's. You'll come across a pretty lake called Chinook Lake near Fish Lake. The Mountain Meadow Trail is a brilliant hiking trail in the neighborhood of Fish Lake, and Birch Meadow is right here at Fish Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Near Fish Lake you find the Tally Mountain Billy Creek Trail which is a nice hiking trail. There's so much to do here at Fish Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Dog Creek Campground                  is a pleasant spot for that. At Fish Lake you don’t see much rainfall; June is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Logan Creek flows through this neighborhood; there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Stillwater River. Stay the night at Tally Lake Campground; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Sunday Creek. If you love the outdoors, you'll like Fish Lake.
