Coney Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and hey, Gotta ski right? Big Sky is a tremendous spot to do that. Summertime highs at Finger Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 80's while overnight lows are mostly in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Finger Lake are in the 10's. There's whitewater on Madison River for all you adrenaline people, and going for a hike on the Cutoff Trail is always a magnificent

| | adventure. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect nearby hotel is Arrowhead, and you can go for a hike on the Lightning Creek Trail. If you need a site to stay Beaverhead is a fine choice, and don't leave Finger Lake without first going for a hike along the Wapiti Creek Trail. Finger Lake is a location that is relatively dried out generally; the month with most of the rain is June; February is the month with the least moisture. | |

Madison Campground is a wonderful campground nearby, and Finger Mountain is delightful and can be seen from here. You clearly ought to have a thing about Finger Lake. Howlin'mad Moon is a great local campground, and if you get bored of Finger Lake you could also explore close by Echo Lake.

Yellowstone National Park is just 18 miles away with the West Yellowstone entrance only 48 miles south of Big Sky Resort. In the winter take a guided hike around the park. Ride a snow-coach to Old Faithful Lodge and check out the wildlife. Cross- country ski along the Riverside Trail or snowshoe to frozen Mystic Falls near the Upper Geyser Basin.
