Feather Woman Lake is a beautiful lake in the Lewis Range. So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Lewis Range, too good to be true. Avalanche Basin is a striking place any time of year, and you'll discover a beautiful lake called Akaiyan Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A short visit to Akaiyan Falls is always worthwhile, and Feather Woman Lake is right by the Snyder Lake Trail. This lake is so       wonderful. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Avalanche Trail, and a good close by hotel is Glacier Park Super 8 Motel. Just can't get enough of Feather Woman Lake. Feather Woman Lake is near Comeau Pass which is definitely worth stopping at, and hiking along the Gunsight Pass Trail is tremendous fun. All year is a fine time in the Lewis Range if you fancy the outdoors. Why not camp at Avalanche Campground since you're here at Feather Woman Lake,                  and get yourself into a kayak and hit Flathead River - Middle Fork. If you're here at Feather Woman Lake, checking out Sperry Glacier is a must, and the sights at Glacier National Park will blow your mind. At Feather Woman Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Feather Woman Lake are in the 10's.
