Sure, Fish Reservoir is in the vicinity; going for a hike on the Lobo Mesa Pack Trail is always a brilliant adventure. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Fault Lake; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and night lows at Fault Lake during the wintertime regularly descend into the 10's.       This is no location for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Dry warm beds await you at Anglers Lodge. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Fault Lake has to offer, you can camp at Clover Meadows Campground, and don't leave Fault Lake without first going for a hike along the Hyde Creek Trail. Fault Lake is typically a reasonably waterless spot; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months                  is February. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out nearby Fish Creek Lake; there are great spots to explore along the Gazelle Creek Pack Trail.
