Lake at Falls is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful. Lake at Falls gets a typical amount of precipitation; through the month of June you get the most rain around here; October is the month with the least moisture. One of the overriding characteristics of the surroundings of Lake at Falls is Snowbank Mountain; Red Lodge Mountain is a brilliant local ski area.

wonderful spot for that, and if you need a spot to stay Cary Inn is a great choice. Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever want to go home again. Take a hike on the Copeland Lake Trail; there are other places
here than Lake at Falls, for example Bergschrund Lake.
Rosebud Creek - East is a nice whitewater spot close to Lake at Falls, and some close by water includes Falls Creek. This lake is so wonderful. A good nearby hotel is Big
Moose Resort, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Lake Reno Trail.
Yeah, come up here to the Absaroka Range for a brilliant time. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Crazy Mountain Trail; a tremendous place
for whitewater paddling is Rosebud Creek - West. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Emerald Lake Campground is a magnificent place to do that, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Charlie Falls.
