Camping at Monture Creek Campground is always a pleasant experience; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Blackfoot River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful.       Camping is available at Big Nelson Campground. Near Evans Lake you find wonderful places like Nevada Valley, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Lake Otatsy Trail. Summertime at Evans Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 40's.
