    Ennis Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Jourdain Creek is a nice local stream, and Lake Ennis is a nearby lake that you could go to. Around Ennis Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; the month with most of the rain is May; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Madison River, and enjoy a round of golf  
   at Madison Meadows Golf Course.
Be careful coming to Ennis Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again. Big Sky has magnificent slopes and a friendly staff, and a lake close by is Lone Acre Lake. For the period of the months of summer here at Ennis Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while Ennis Lake night low
 
               temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.
Ennis Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Shore Lodge is a great local campground, and if you came to camp Valley Garden Campground is a good place to do that.
