It is very waterless here at Ennis Lake typically; during May this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby Madison Meadows Golf Course, and a wonderful lake like Lone Acre Lake is a tremendous spot to take a look       at. What a spot this is for outdoors people. Hit the slopes at Big Sky close at hand, and get your pulse rate up on the brilliant whitewater of Madison River. All through the warm months at Ennis Lake highs are usually in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are generally in the 30's with temperatures at Ennis Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights.
