You can catch a glimpse of Yogo Peak from Lake Elva, and there's whitewater on Belt Creek for all you thrill seekers. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. Bob's Bar Restaurant & Motel is a pleasant site to get some rest. Yeah, come up here to the Little Belt Mountains for a tremendous time. Lake Elva is a splendid place to camp, Dry Wolf Campground is a splendid place, and after a long day outdoors Cub's Den Motel is       a fine spot to spend a night or two. All through the long summer days here at Lake Elva, high temperatures commonly reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while Lake Elva nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. The Little Belt Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby Lead Gulch is a glorious place to go if you're                  at Lake Elva; wonderful hiking is available along the Jamison Trail. Lake Elva is pretty dry regularly; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
