The beauty of Elpestrine Lake attracts many people from all around. Go for a hike on the Crazy Mountain Trail; the slopes of Red Lodge Mountain are so inviting noone can resist. A typical amount of rain falls here at Elpestrine Lake; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and October is when it's the driest. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Absaroka Range. Take a side trip to Falls Creek. You'll need

This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Elpestrine Lake without first going for a hike along the Lake Reno Trail, and you can run the rapids of Rosebud Creek - East. This lake is so wonderful. Yeah, come here to Elpestrine Lake for a nice time. Snowbank Mountain is clearly visible from Elpestrine Lake, and Charlie Falls is a tremendous local attraction.
