It is very waterless here at Elk Lake commonly; the wettest month of the year is typically June, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.                  You get a glorious vista of Elk Mountain from Elk Lake. Don't leave Elk Lake without first going for a hike along the Blind Creek Trail, and naturally, this is a splendid area for folks who like lakes, Hidden Lake is a lake in the vicinity. For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Elk Lake highs are mostly in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 40's.
