Elbow Lake gets very little rainfall; through June this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Having a magnificent time at Elbow Lake is painless. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Pioneer Mountains. If the weather is nice here at Elbow Lake, you can go for a hike along the Copper Creek Trail. There's so much to do here at Elbow Lake that you need to camp here       for a while, Grasshopper Campground is a splendid place for that. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Bobcat Lakes Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; from Elbow Lake you obtain a nice panorama of Odell Mountain. Have a good hiking adventure along the Grassy Lake Trail, naturally you could also explore Baldy Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. Stay the night at Steel Creek Campground, and after a                  long day outdoors Comfort Inn Dillon is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. Elbow Lake is located in the Pioneer Mountains. Summertime highs at Elbow Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's. Summer night lows descend down to the 30's.
