     Echo Lake is a nice lake to visit. After a long day outdoors Big Fork Timbers Motel is a tremendous site to spend a night or two, and you can go for a hike on the Jimmie Ridge Trail. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area next to Echo Lake has to offer. It's a perfect idea to have a look at Echo Creek, it's near Echo Lake, and camping is available at Bigfork Campground. If you're here at Echo Lake, do take a spree to Blackies Bay;  
   why not camp at Rv Timbers Park since you're here at Echo Lake.
Around Echo Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; June is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is February. An afternoon playing golf at Eagle Bend Golf Club is always a pleasure, and going for a hike on the Alpine Trail is always a brilliant adventure. And that's not all you can do here at Echo Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Echo Lake, you'll stumble
 
               on Abbot Lake which is a pretty lake, and a magnificent nearby hotel is Mc Cabe's Mountain Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Noisy Creek Notch Trail, and Long Beach is a delightful beach to stop by. Paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork is so much fun; you'll meet a lot of folks from Kalispell here.
Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Swan River; a journey to Glacier National Park is worthwhile. For the duration of the warmest time of the year highs here at Echo Lake reach the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Echo Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
