Gotta ski! Red Lodge Mountain is a brilliant site to do that; Charlie Falls is always fun to check out. And if that's not enough there's a load more cool stuff to do in the Absaroka Range. A perfect panorama of striking Mount Dewey is available from Echo Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay East Rosebud Campground is a nice place to camp. Echo Lake gets       a normal amount of rainfall; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is October. The warmest time of the year at Echo Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Echo Lake are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Echo Lake, you could also check out beautiful Twin Outlets                  Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Clarks Fork Yellowstone. Just can't get enough of the Absaroka Range. Phantom Glacier is something you shouldn't miss since you're here at Echo Lake; the Lake Reno Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Duggan Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by; why not take a refreshing hike along the Crazy Lakes Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Absaroka Range.
