Madison River is a magnificent whitewater spot near Dude Lake; if the weather is delightful, you get a good view of Moose Butte from Dude Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You are right next door to Pyramid Point while you're here at Dude Lake. Lakes are good; Lightning Lake is a lake that's next to Dude Lake. Yeah, come here to Dude Lake for a perfect time. What would winter be without some skiing at Moonlight Basin. Gotta ski! Big Sky is a good place to do

| | that, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn WEST YELLOWSTONE is a glorious choice. The warmest time of the year at Dude Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 30's, and nighttime lows all through the winter for Dude Lake tend to be in the 10's. and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Madison River. If you came to camp Beaver Creek Campground 1 is a delightful spot to do that, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood
you can always pop by close by Alp Lake. Dude Lake is a location that is rather dried out regularly; June is the wettest month with most rain, and January is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Dude Lake is splendid
enough to spend more than a day at, Beaver Creek Campground 2 is a splendid local campground, and why not a little side tour to Alp Creek. Going for a hike on the Lightning Creek Trail is always a nice adventure, and a perfect close
by hotel is Arrowhead. So much cool stuff to do here at Dude Lake, too glorious to be true. Go for a hike on the Cutoff Trail, and spots like Sedge Meadow are great to visit.
