Duck Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Chewing Blackbones Campground is a pleasant local campground. Lakes? Sure, Goose Lake is in close proximity. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Duck Lake while night lows are frequently in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Duck Lake. It is very dried up here at Duck Lake frequently; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is February. Glacier National Park is a brilliant place in the neighborhood of Duck Lake, and there's great hiking along the Cut Bank Pass Trail.
