Double Lake is in the vicinity of Brown Gulch which is unquestionably worth stopping at; the Alpine Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. is around here, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Double Lake; Doris Creek Trail is a tremendous local trail. If you came to camp Lake Blaine Resort Campground is a perfect site to do that, and let's not forget Brown Creek
which is a stream that you may stumble upon while here. Dry warm beds await you at Glacier Park Super 8 Motel; Double Lake is a place with many visitors from Kalispell. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always
have a look at nearby Amy Lake, and whitewater paddling is fine on Flathead River - Middle Fork. Around Double Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls all through June; the driest of the months is February.
For the period of the summertime, highs regularly are in the 70's at Double Lake; the night is a tad colder of course, commonly in the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and night lows at Double Lake all through
