Some of the water close by flows, like Dolus Creek, and pretty scenery and perfect skiing is what you get at Discovery Ski. A wonderful spot to camp here at Doney Lake is Racetrack Campground, and do take a hike on the Boulder Lakes Trail. Doney Lake is a location that is pretty dried out regularly; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; February meanwhile       is the driest month. All through the days of summer at Doney Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Doney Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Lost Creek Campground since you're here at Doney Lake, and Doney Lake Dam is a stunning site.
