Summer at Dick Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Dick Lake. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting things the Absaroka Range has to offer. Clarks Fork Yellowstone is a delightful whitewater spot in       the vicinity of Dick Lake, and a picturesque lake like Star Dust Lake is a pleasant location to pop by. Around Dick Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; through May this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is located in the wonderful Absaroka Range. Why not camp at Soda Butte Campground while you're here at Dick Lake; a splendid close by hotel is Super 8 Motel Big Timber. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an                  overnight stay Colter Campground is a great site to camp; lakes are such peaceful places, why not explore Companion Lake. Having a delightful time in the Absaroka Range is easy. On a splendid day at Dick Lake you can take a hike along the Pilot Creek Trail, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the North Crandall Trail. The sight of lovely Mount Fox near Dick Lake is good; you simply ought to stop by Alp Rock since you're here at Dick Lake. That right there is lots already, but it continues; Dick Lake has it all.
