High temperatures at Diamond Lake through the summer months are in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Diamond Lake. This lake is so wonderful. No need to travel far to check out out of the ordinary stuff like Eagle Cliff, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Diamond Lake; Cedar Creek       Stock Driveway is a great local trail. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting things the area in the vicinity of Diamond Lake has to offer. You get a great panorama of Torino Peak from Diamond Lake; why not take a refreshing hike along the Trout Creek Stock Driveway. Just can't get enough of the Bitterroot Range. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - St. Regis; there are some fine whitewater spots on St. Joe River. Campground St Regis                  is a glorious campground nearby, and you can stay the night at Saint Regis Riding Stables Campground. Diamond Lake is one of the lakes here in the Bitterroot Range.
