Dead Lake is in the vicinity of Albicaulis Lake Dam which is a picturesque spot beyond doubt worth visiting. Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is a wonderful site to get some rest, and it's a great idea to visit North Fork Racetrack Creek. Don't leave Dead Lake without dropping
    by Lost Creek State Park, and there are other places here than Dead Lake, for example Storm Lake.
Stay the night at Racetrack Campground, and not far from Dead Lake you'll stumble on Georgetown Lake which is a delightful lake.
