If you haven’t been to Glacier National Park, you should schedule some time for it while you're here; lots of people from Kalispell come here. Brown Gulch is a fine place to explore nearby, and if you need a place to stay Mc Cabe's Mountain Inn is a good choice. Why not camp at Beautiful Lake Blaine Resort since you're here at Dan Lake, and Flathead River - Middle       Fork is a great whitewater spot nearby. This site is unbeatable, just look at all the fun things to do close to Dan Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Lake Blaine Resort Campground is a delightful site to camp. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Dan Lake; Doris Creek Trail is a glorious local trail, and 28N20W23BABC01 Spring is a nice local attraction. Some of the water nearby flows, like Brown Creek, and near Dan Lake you come across a golf course                  called Mountain Crossroads Restaurant & Golf Club. All through the summer months here at Dan Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 70's, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, mostly in the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Dan Lake. So many enjoyable things to do at Dan Lake, so little time. Big Fork Timbers Motel is a great site to get some rest, and you can run the rapids of Swan River. It is very dried up here at Dan Lake ordinarily; most of the rain falls during June; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are glorious; Amy Lake is a lake that's near Dan Lake, and Dan Lake is right by the Columbia Mountain Trail.
