Montana has many beautiful lakes and Daly Lake is one of them. This lake is one of the great places here in the Absaroka Range. Yeah, come up here to the Absaroka Range for a great time. Paddling on Rock Creek is so much fun. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Daly Lake has to offer, you can camp at M-K Campground. Range, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Stay the night at Buena Vista Campground; hiking along the Beartooth Loop National Recreation Trail is brilliant fun.
After a long day outdoors Yodeler Motel is a fine spot
to spend a night or two, and if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Beartooth Highlakes Trail. This site rocks, just look at all the fun stuff to do near Daly Lake. Clarks Fork Yellowstone River has a good whitewater
paddling spot nearby, and don't forget to take a nice little journey to Chan Creek. Daly Lake is a good spot of typical precipitation; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; February on the other hand is the driest.
Nearby lakes? Sure, Greenough Lake is in the vicinity of Daly Lake, and skiing at Red Lodge Mountain is one of those things you just ought to do.
