And that's not everything you can do here in the Absaroka Range. Go for a hike on the Republic Trail; Middle Mountain can be observed from Curl Lake. The warmest time of the year at Curl Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. Through the winter highs are typically in the 20's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Curl Lake drop into the 0's. There       are great places to explore along the Crazy Lakes Trail; since you're here, you could stop at Sedge Creek. An average amount of rainfall falls at Curl Lake; the wettest month of the year is commonly June, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is October. Fox Creek Campground is a wonderful campground nearby, and whitewater paddling is good on Clarks Fork Yellowstone. Just can't get enough of the Absaroka Range. Going for a hike on the Pilot                  Creek Trail is always a magnificent adventure; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Kersey Lake. Curl Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. This place is great, just check out all the enjoyable stuff to do near Curl Lake. Lakes are nice; Broadwater Lake is a lake that's right next door to Curl Lake, and paddling on Rosebud Creek - West is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful.
