Crevice Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Just can't get enough of the Absaroka Range. Get dripping wet paddling on Mulherin Creek. Some of the water close by flows, like Blacktail Deer Creek, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Lower Blacktail Trail. But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Crevice Lake. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Yellowstone North is a nice spot to spend a night or two, and since you

| | might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Phantom Lake.
And that's not everything there is to do here in the Absaroka Range. Crevice Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Lava Creek Campgrounds is a fine local campground, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Gardiner is a good choice. At Crevice Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down
to the 30's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Crevice Lake sink into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. On a splendid day at Crevice Lake you can take a hike along the Rescue Creek Trail; a short trip to
Knowles Falls is always worthwhile. A great place to camp here at Crevice Lake is Eagle Creek Campground, and needless to say, this is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes, Blacktail Pond is a lake in the neighborhood.
