This lake is one of the great places here in the Pioneer Mountains. Around Crescent Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February. That right there is a load of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Pioneer Mountains has it all. Why not camp at Mono Creek Campground if you're here at Crescent Lake, and you can go for       a hike on the Driveway Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Sharp Mountain can be distinguished from Crescent Lake, and going for a hike on the Stine Creek Trail is always a great adventure. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Dillon is a brilliant choice. For the duration of the summer months at Crescent Lake highs are generally in the 70's while overnight lows are mostly in the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's; throughout the                  dark hours in the winter at Crescent Lake temperatures sink to the 0's.
