In Montana there are many beautiful lakes, Cougar Lake is one of them. Cougar Lake is not far at all from Kalispell, and Bad Rock B&B is a great place to get some rest. There's nice hiking along the Doris Creek Trail, and if you need a spot to stay Glacier Park Super 8 Motel is a pleasant choice. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Cougar Lake without first going for a hike along the Alpine Trail, and a round of golf at nearby Eagle Bend Golf Club is a pleasant

Cougar Lake gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the rain is June; February meanwhile is the driest month. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Cougar Lake; Jimmie Ridge Trail is a perfect local trail, and taking a little spree to nearby Blackies Bay is a brilliant idea. Bigfork Campground is a wonderful local campground.
You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. A quick visit to Olson Creek in close proximity to Cougar Lake is a good idea; a wonderful place to camp here at Cougar Lake
is Rv Timbers Park. At Cougar Lake through the summer highs are in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 20's; nighttime lows at Cougar Lake all through
the winter ordinarily plunge into the 10's. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in close proximity to Cougar Lake.
A great spot for whitewater paddling near Cougar Lake is Flathead River - Middle Fork; unsurprisingly,
this is a glorious region for folks who like lakes, Amy Lake is a lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A visit to Glacier National Park is worthwhile; get your heart beating on the splendid whitewater of Swan River.
